Outside: 3 miles @ 26:02 (8:40 avg pace). 1/2 mile cool-down.

Sunday 2/24 (Plan = 14 mi long run)
Outside: 7.75 miles @ 1:12:?? (9:24 avg pace).
Inside: 6.25 miles @ 58:56 (9:25 avg pace).
