As snow had fallen, I chose to do today's workout on the treadmill at the gym...4 x 400m at 1:42 (or 6:48 pace).
1.5 mile warm-up at 8:57
4 x 400m = 1:41 (6:44 pace), 1:41 (6:44), 1:40 (6:40), and 1:39 (6:35).
1.5 mile cool-down at 8:53
RI = 1/10th of a mile walking
4.5 miles total
Feeling strong.
