I know how much you all enjoyed it. And I can honestly say I enjoyed reading about your escapades. I have to agree with your mom - something's up. I don't think this incident would have spurred the email.

Keep your head up. You'll find another opportunity for you and the kids!Mom2Amarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00533902850974337396noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8817310666614000794.post-73673978154931060972007-11-07T13:19:00.000-08:002007-11-07T13:19:00.000-08:00My daughter broke her collar bone when she was 3. ...My daughter broke her collar bone when she was 3. We took her to the ER, they took x-rays, and put on a splint. I will never forget how she screamed when they put that splint on her. It didn't hurt when they did it; she just didn't want to wear it. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought she was possessed.

Hope your daughter is on the mend.

Wow, by email! There is no excuse for that. You have volunteered there for so long that you DESERVED the courtesy of a face to face meeting or a phone call in the least. An email is SO impersonal.Pennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07634796286892321194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8817310666614000794.post-64690694712833461892007-11-05T21:08:00.000-08:002007-11-05T21:08:00.000-08:00When I read these posts I feel inspired by you to ...When I read these posts I feel inspired by you to be a better mom. Some adults seem to get cranky about young kids as they get older - they have this "revisionist history" idea of how their own kids behaved so perfectly, and what great and in control parents they were. Yeah, right. Or, even worse, he never had kids. Regardless, he just aced all kids out of the program. Too bad for them - he just took the program down a notch.Backofpackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13779487553272296752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8817310666614000794.post-5546798125862645922007-11-01T19:50:00.000-07:002007-11-01T19:50:00.000-07:00You're right that is an unbelievably impersonal ge...You're right that is an unbelievably impersonal gesture.

I know how much that means to you because you have written about it so often.
