One where you are pointing, and one on the back of the heel beneath the Achilles tendon and above the bone.<BR/><BR/>The best thing to do for it is ice ice ice... Mine doesn't bother me after I run, just at the ends, and it definitely doesn't bother me after inactivity, which is a sign of bursitis.<BR/><BR/>Anti-inflammatories help too!
